Mission: Bring back a Deat Cat, Shoulder Bag and Outwar Dollar Bill.
Solution: Dead Cat is obtained by killing the Dead Cat, located in the Dead Ends. Shoulder Bag is obtained by killing Underhanded Dealer, located in the Underground Casino. Outwar dollar bill is obtained by killing Street Brawlers, located in Fat Tonys Nightclub. Once you have all the items return to talk to the Pistol Packer.
